Roy Preston Donovan

Roy Preston Donovan, age 74, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 1:50 am Friday, May 28, 2021, at Luther Manor Retirement & Nursing Center.  

Graveside services and burial will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, May 30, 2021, in the Center Cemetery off Rt. H just north of Center, MO

Visitation celebrating Roy's life will be held at 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm Sunday May 30, 2021 at the Center Cemetery. 

The family is being served by the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel of Hannibal.

Roy worked as an over the road truck driver and in the tree business and was known  by all as the "Tree Man".  In his free time he enjoyed tinkering in his garage and working in his yard.  Family was everything to Roy, he made sure to provide for his family with no regrets.  He cherished the time he spent with his son Brandon and all his grandchildren riding along with him delivery loads across the United States.

Mr. Donovan honorably served his country in the United States Army.
