Virginia M. Harsell, 80, of Hannibal, passed away, Sunday, May 26, 2013, at Beth Haven Nursing Home. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013, at Smith Funeral Home & Chapel, Rev. Carol Evans officiating. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Palmyra. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
