Shirley Marie Schutze

Shirley Marie Schutze, 71, of Hannibal, Mo., passed away Friday Feb. 24, 2012, at Hannibal Regional Hospital. Shirley was born Dec. 22, 1940, in Hannibal to Lester and Bertha Summers. She lived in Hannibal her entire life. She worked at Ben Franklin Dime Store, Western Printing and IGA. She was a wonderful homemaker, wife and mother. Shirley is survived by her husband, Paul A. Schutze; daughter, Tennille Freiburg; grandchildren, Shayann Freiburg and Dalton Freiburg; brother, Roy Summers of Melbourne, Fla.; sister, Tina Holmes; sisters-in-law, Edie (Dan) Sullivan, Elise (Alan) Schroder and Elenor (Vernon) Couch. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by brothers Billy Bob, Everett, Earl and Lester Jr. Summers.
