Ronald Frances Abright

Ronald Frances Abright, age 63, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 5:30 pm Thursday, May 14, 2026, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are being handled by the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.

Ronald was born on July 15, 1962, in Hannibal, MO the son of Robert Henry and Vera Dorthel (Smith) Abright, Sr.

Survivors include two brothers, John Abright and Bill Abright; sister, Roberta Elliott and Dora LaFond; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his siblings, Wesley Abright, Robert Henry Abright, Jr. and Mary Abright.

Ronald enjoyed the simple life, mowing grass, growing his tomatoes, watching westerns and working around his home.
