Roberta Lynn Carr, age 69, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 1:30 am Monday, February 16, 2026, at Luther Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 am at Smith Funeral Home & Chapel. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Frankford, MO.
Visitation celebrating Lynn's life will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 10:00 am until the time of the service at Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
