James Roy Davis

James Roy Davis, 70, of Hannibal, Mo. passed away at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Landmark Hospital in Columbia, Mo. James was born December 31, 1943 in Hannibal, Mo. the son of Harold Lewis and Mildred Marie (Baker) Davis. He married Carol Lee Carroll on May 2, 1986 in Palmyra, Mo. She preceded him in death on December 27, 2012. Survivors include one son, JR Davis of Tennessee, one sister, Diana Christensen and husband John of Paris, Mo. and one grandson, Brandon Owens. Mr. Davis was preceded in death his parents, wife and one nephew Michael McQueary. A private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Andrew Chapel Cemetery in Warren, Mo.
