Donald L. Crane

Donald Lee Crane, Jr., 61, of Hannibal, MO passed away on Friday, May 27, 2016, at his home. Per Donald's request, no services are planned at this time. The Smith Funeral Home & Chapel is in charge of cremation arrangements. Donald was born on April 1, 1955, in Pittsfield, IL the son of Donald Lee and Donna (Henderson) Crane, Sr. Donald is survived by his parents, two sons, Austin Crane and Dylan Crane, two brothers, Philip Crane and Greg Crane, one sister, Lisa Dupont, and several nieces and nephews. Donald was instrumental in designing the disc golf courses in Hannibal and Palmyra. He enjoyed playing disc golf, going fishing, taking drives around the area taking photographs and simply just playing the violin. Most of all Donald enjoyed spending time with his family and friends especially his sons. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannibal Parks and Recreation Disc Golf Program, in care of the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
