Charles Wayne Kelso

Charles Wayne Kelso, 77, of Cedaredge, Co., passed away Monday, November 3, 2014, at his home. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 14, 2014, at the Smith Funeral Home and Chapel, in Hannibal. Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home. The family is being served by the Smith Funeral Home and Chapel. Charles was born November 8, 1936, in Hannibal, Mo., the son of Charles G. and Leta J. Maddox Kelso Survivors include, two sons, Ronald W. Kelso and Gregory E. Kelso of Hannibal, Mo; one daughter, Brenda D. Brooks and (Mike) of Canton, Mo; ten grandchildren; and twenty one great grandchildren. Mr. Kelso was preceded in death by his parents. Charles worked as an insurance salesman and a truck driver prior to retirement. He was a lover of horses and also enjoyed tinkering with electronics. Mr. Kelso was a Methodist by faith.
