Charles M. Green

Charles M. Green, 54, of Hannibal, MO formerly of Moberly, MO passed away at 5:00 a.m. Monday, January 1, 2018, at Hannibal Regional Hospital. Mr. Green's family will host a memorial service at a later date. Cremation arrangements are being handled by the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel in Hannibal. Charles was born on December 14, 1963, in Moberly, MO the son of Charles G. and Phyllis (Stoker) Green. Survivors include his mother Phyllis Green of Hannibal, MO; brother, John M. Green of Vail, AZ; sister, Glenna K. Green of Columbia, MO; niece, Madison Green Dewey and daughter Emma and nephew, Joshua M. Green. Mr. Green was preceded in death by his father, Charles Glenwood Green. Charles graduated from Moberly High School and went on to further his education at the University of Missouri. Professionally Mr. Green worked construction in the St. Louis area. Charles enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking and sports, especially football. One would say he was always there to lend a helping hand when someone was in need. Mr. Green was a member of Coates Street Presbyterian Church in Moberly.
