Brooks E. Foote, 84, of Hannibal, died at 6:45 a.m., Monday, September 10, 2012, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, at Smith Funeral Home & Chapel, the Revs. Mark Albee and David Boyd officiating. Burial with full military honors conducted by Emmette J. Shields Post #55, The American Legion will be at Grand View Burial Park. Visitation will be from 4;00 p.m. âa
