Carolyn Foehringer, 90, of Englewood, FL, formerly of Hannibal, MO passed away at 8:42 a.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015.
A private family graveside service will be held at Grand View Burial Park. Pastor Matt Ver Meer will officiate.
The family is being served by the Smith Funeral Home & Chapel, in Hannibal.
Carolyn was born June 15, 1924, in St. Louis, MO the daughter of Oscar and Florence (Burke) Morris.
She married Bernard Foehringer on June 29, 1947. He preceded her in death on May 31, 2013.
Survivors include one daughter-in-law, Nada Wheelock Foehringer of Hannibal, MO; and one brother, Clifford Morris (Aileen) of Ann Arbor, MI.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Foehringer was preceded in death by one son, Richard "Dick" Foehringer on September 19, 2009.
Carolyn worked as a Clerk in the Superintendent's office for the Burlington Northern Railroad. She enjoyed collecting sea shells, making crafts and enjoyed traveling with her husband. Most of all Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Foehringer was a Christian by faith.
